Registration: WholesalePatterns.com is a business to business website that sells patterns to distributors in the sewing industry. Please use the Contact Us page if you would like to register.

Shipping: Shipping per your preferred shipping method (UPS or FedEx account), otherwise the shipping cost will be added to the invoice.

Payment Terms: Check, Net 30.

Returns: In general, returns are not accepted. If an error is made in the shipment, or if the shipment is damaged, please send an email or use the Contact Us page to inform us of the issue.

How Do I place an order?

Orders can be placed by logging in to WholesalePatterns.com. Alternatively, you can send an email to the email address provided during the registration process. To place an order online, click on the 'Log In' link at the top of the page, and enter your registered email address and password. Click on the desired Pattern Designer link on the left, enter the quantity of desired patterns, and then click on the 'add selected products to cart' button. When you are ready to place your order, click on the 'go to checkout' button, followed by 'continue checkout' button (twice), and then click on the 'confirm the order' button.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by logging in, and then go to the 'My Account' page. Towards the bottom of the page, click on the 'Change my account password' link.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be shipped within three business days if stock is available, otherwise within ten business days, after receipt of order.
